However, we understand that clarity and fairness are important. Below is our official refund policy.
1. Consulting or Strategic Services
Payments made for consulting sessions, strategy calls, or advisory retainers are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the appointment.
2. Subscription or Digital Services (If Applicable)
If we offer any digital products, reports, or subscription-based services:
- Digital Products: Due to the downloadable nature of digital content, all sales are final.
- Subscriptions: Users may cancel at any time. If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, access will continue until the end of the billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
